Acceptance
By installing the Extension, creating a workspace account, or using ClaudeKit, you agree to these terms.
What ClaudeKit is
ClaudeKit is a browser extension and optional web workspace that add productivity features around claude.ai. It is an independent project not affiliated with Anthropic.
Plans and payments
ClaudeKit includes a free plan for usage tracking when Claude exposes detailed quota data, reset timers, prompt library, token counting, exports, right-click Ask Claude, and unlimited Claude-to-Claude forks. ClaudeKit Pro is optional and unlocks cross-LLM handoffs with optional auto-paste.
Paid upgrades are started from inside the ClaudeKit extension and processed by a third-party payment provider. Prices, renewal timing for subscriptions, one-time lifetime purchase terms, and any applicable taxes are shown before checkout. Payment information is handled by the payment provider; we do not store card numbers.
If you subscribe or purchase lifetime access, your entitlement is tied to your Extension installation and may also be linked to your ClaudeKit account so paid access can follow you across paired browsers. You can contact us for billing help, cancellation help, or refund questions.
Auto-paste is optional. When enabled, it requests access to supported destination model sites only to place handoff text into the message composer. ClaudeKit does not press Send or start a model response for you. When you start a fork, ClaudeKit may copy its locally prepared handoff text to your clipboard as a manual fallback, but it does not read your clipboard.
No warranty
ClaudeKit is provided “as is” without warranty of any kind. We make no guarantees about its functionality, accuracy, or availability. Use at your own risk.
Blog sponsorships
Blog sponsor placements renew monthly at the price shown at checkout until cancelled. A checkout temporarily reserves one named position, and the placement publishes automatically only after Dodo Payments confirms an active subscription. Sponsors provide the product name, destination URL, and message and confirm that these materials are accurate, lawful, and authorized for use.
ClaudeKit may suspend or remove unsafe, unlawful, or misleading promotions. A billing hold, failed renewal, expiration, or cancellation may automatically remove the placement. Sponsorship buys placement only: it does not influence editorial coverage, recommendations, or search rankings. Traffic, clicks, or sales are not guaranteed.
Your responsibility
You're responsible for following Claude's terms of service when using Claude through ClaudeKit. ClaudeKit doesn't bypass any of Anthropic's limits or policies.
No liability
We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of ClaudeKit, including but not limited to loss of data, lost productivity, or any other harm.
Trademark
Claude is a trademark of Anthropic, PBC. ClaudeKit uses the name “Claude” only to describe what the extension works with. ClaudeKit is not endorsed by, affiliated with, or sponsored by Anthropic.
License
Proprietary software. All rights reserved. ClaudeKit is licensed for personal use only. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or sublicense any part of ClaudeKit without explicit written permission.

We may update these terms. The “Last updated” date will reflect any changes.
